Dr. Jared Shippee DPM

I am a podiatrist with extensive experience in Clinical Wound Care, Telemedicine Wound Care, Biomechanics and Clinical Wound Management. Creator of Wound Repair, an Enzymatic Assisted Healing product designed to help heal delayed healing wounds. I am successful in building and managing a wound clinic at the Specialty Clinic at the Fort Meade VA Hospital, increasing pt access to wound care and healing. I pioneered Telemedicine Wound Care at the Fort Meade VA Hospital, bringing wound care technology to those who would otherwise not receive proper wound care. I brought new technology and products to the Podiatry and Wound Clinic, saving time, money and improving pt care. Since introducing more effective and innovative products to our clinic, I have saved the prosthetics department over $200,000 between 2013-present. I am fluent in Portuguese, English and can communicate well in Spanish.
